God’s judgement has entered America
She sees a world spinning out of control, subliminal, anti-social messages in media, rising racism at work and people feeling alienated.
“I came here to get some type of healing to try to learn how to function and how things are going in the world today, especially in our community. Everything that I’ve been feeling for the last five years, all these mixed emotions I’ve been having, he pretty much confirmed it for me. Everybody looks like they are not looking at, or not paying attention. We have to wake up and we have to do it fast. We don’t have 30 more years for this,” said the middle-aged Black mother.
Neither she nor thousands in the audience and others watching via live Internet webcast were disappointed as Min. Louis Farrakhan warned that in this critical hour—the hour of God’s judgment against the world—heeding right guidance is the way out of coming destruction and destruction already underway.
Guidance provides direction or advice to a decision or course of action, he noted.
The Minister explained May 27 his aim was to provide guidance to enable city residents and leaders to make the right decisions for their lives, the lives of their children and the life of the city and world. It was his first visit in 25 years to a city with a revitalized downtown and included a spirited meeting with religious and community leaders the day before his Sunday address.
Today beautiful cities will be destroyed by people made ugly because of a lack of development and depriving them of knowledge needed in such a critical hour, he said. Time tells us there is a particular period in which guidance is needed to overcome the threats and danger at hand, the Minister said. “When a panic comes many people lose their lives just in the panic of trying to get out,” he noted.
Get out from under the influence of intoxicants, get from under influence of degrading music and culture and look at what is going on in the world, Min. Farrakhan urged.
Scripture says there will be a time of trouble like there never was in the history of nations and that time is now he said, citing scripture from the Bible and the Holy Qur’an. “Time is bringing loss to humanity. But there is an exception, except those who believe and do good,” he said.
But in this time, as things unfold and God’s decree is sent down, there will be submission or rebellion to the divine decree, he said. The decree will split families, churches, and nations, Min. Farrakhan said.
Most are facing some kind of woe—whether financial trouble and losing homes to foreclosures by bank schemes, losing health and using pills for ailments from smoking to high blood pressure, cancer, stroke, he said.
People are suffering undue stress because of troubled times but can’t see how to fix it, Min. Farrakhan observed.
America: A troubled nation
Losses are not only mounting on the personal level; on the political level, fighting and infighting marks politics and the country’s failing education system is producing functional illiterates and continues to lose its luster. America was once the leading country on the planet, but not any longer, the Minister observed.
“The educational system is a failure by design,” he said. “Educators are hurting because they can’t educate; the problem is discipline. If you’re really an educator, you grab the attention of your students and when you grab the attention of your students (they) are already disciplined by your grabbing a curious mind.”
But reciting old lies based on White supremacy won’t work anymore, said the Minister. Whites stole San Diego from Mexico and now shamefully call the original owners aliens, he said.
President Obama is trying to fix the unfixable, the Minister continued. While running for office Barack Obama could make promises but he has discovered other powers who determine what happens in this country, said Min. Farrakhan.
“In a time of trouble, you can’t hope for a president to get you out,” he said. Neither President Obama or Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney have the guidance needed to save America, said Min. Farrakhan.
Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu can more get cooperation between Democrats and Republicans in Congress than the president, he noted. The power of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee makes congressmen afraid to speak out against Zionist warmongering by Israel as lobby exerts control over lawmakers, he said.
America is building toward war with Iran to protect Israel, while the Jewish state has never signed the international non-nuclear proliferation treaty and won’t allow for inspections of her facilities, yet Israel doesn’t want Iran to develop atomic power for electric energy, Min. Farrakhan said. So nations recently tried to push Iran not to pursue nuclear capacity and the drums are beating for war again, he said.
In addition to the powerful Israel lobby, the will of the people is supplanted by the power of multinational corporations influencing politicians, Min. Farrakhan added.
“What happened to democracy that you are trying to get it all over the world but are losing it at home?” he asked.
Having a Black president has let Black children know they can aspire to leadership but Mr. Obama was not elected to fulfill a Black agenda, said Min. Farrakhan. “He’s a manager of a corporate entity and the stockholders don’t want a Black agenda,” he added.
With Timothy Geithner and Larry Summers, who came off of Wall St., leading the president’s economic team, the stimulus package pushed by the White House helped Wall St. and carmakers GM and Chrysler but Detroit is still suffering, the Minister noted.
There is still no justice for Blacks who are still targeted in America, said Min. Farrakhan. “I know you are expecting justice for Trayvon Martin but you can see how they are chipping away at that right now? How long are you going to wait to talk to your children as America for the land of opportunity for you?”
Now Black, White and Asian babies outnumber Whites babies for the first time, so in 30 to 40 years Whites will be minority in a country they took from the native peoples, he said. What do racist Whites think about that? Min. Farrakhan asked. Some 40 years ago Black births were booming and predictions were by 2030 Blacks would equal Whites in population, he said. But birth control was pushed in Black neighborhoods, using “noble motives to hide a dirty agenda,” he said. Besides the population control campaign, crack cocaine and guns were introduced in the Black community to help curb the Black population, he said.
The drug and gun epidemic was followed “tribalism” based on religious denominations, he said.
Scripture and the day of judgment
The family of Christ can’t come together to change reality outside church doors, so it becomes a place of comfort, the Minister said. When church is over worshippers go back to the same condition, said Min. Farrakhan. He condemned religious division based on denomination and challenged religious leaders to end division and actively exert their faith in the society.
Islam is not only about prayer and fasting but what is to be done in this time of trouble, added Min. Farrakhan.
If we have the religion of Jesus, Muhammad and the prophets—who changed reality—why are we powerless and Satan running amuck? he said.
Prophecy about the Day of Judgment found in the Bible and the Holy Qur’an is being fulfilled today, Min. Farrakhan said. And the people to be delivered are the Black people of America and the Western Hemisphere, he said.
Signs yesterday pointed to today, continued Min. Farrakhan, who noted that none of God’s judgments using weather occurred in the history of Prophet Muhammad of Arabia. But extreme weather is plaguing America today and things will only get worse, the Minister warned. Famine is on the way, he said.
As it was in the days of Noah, every imagination of the peoples heart was to do evil and the same is true today, he said.
The sins that lead God to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah are openly practiced in the U.S. and the president has approved of same sex marriage, Min. Farrakhan noted.
The Minister clearly stated his aim was to call people to sanity and right conduct, not condemn homosexuality and sanction other sins. Jesus said if you offend one law, you offend all the laws, said Min. Farrakhan.
Religious leaders have to be strong enough to stand on God’s word, not what society approves of, he said.
“It’s rebellion to God’s will that makes you an evil person,” said Min. Farrakhan. “The more you rebel against the commands of God you become, we become, the embodiment of evil.”
The coming of the Son of Man
The Messiah and the Mahdi are here, and as sin entered the world through the sin of Adam, through Christ man is restored to life and his place as the vicegerent of God, one made to stand in the place of God over creation, he said.
“You glory in the wisdom of the world,” the Minister noted. But the Bible says God will make this world’s wisdom foolishness and an unlettered man will confound the wise, he added.
The Son of Man comes from the East in Book of Matthew, and the Great Mahdi is also to come from the East out of the family of Muhammad, explained Min. Farrakhan. That man was the teacher of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Master Fard Muhammad, who made his appearance in America in 1930. The Mahdi will break the cross and kill the swine. Breaking the cross means a resurrected man and woman have control over their fleshly desires and an upright spiritual mind, he said. “The real pleasure in life is doing that which brings you peace and contentment of mind,” the Minister said.
Killing the swine doesn’t refer to the physical animal, but ending the appetite for gossip and lower desires, degrading lyrics and low brow comedy, said Min. Farrakhan.
The Messiah and the Mahdi appear together at the end of the current evil civilization, he added. The Messiah will be taught by God in such a way to bring together Judaism, Christianity and Islam, which are all traced to Abraham.
The Mahdi is the Good Samaritan of biblical scripture, who sees of a man hit in the head and wounded by robbers, which represents the Black man and woman of America robbed of their names, language, religion and culture. While the White Christians walked by the wounded man, a Levite came and looked at him. The Levite represents the Jewish people who looked at the condition of Blacks but exploited it, the Minister said. Read “The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews,” he said. The aim is to get bad Jews to cease their evil, Min. Farrakhan said. You “call me a hater because I am pulling cover off your wicked dealing with my people,” said Min. Farrakhan.
Blacks fulfill the prophecy of the children of Abraham serving a strange people in a strange land for 400 years before God comes to judge the nation they served, Min. Farrakhan said. After the judgment the oppressed people come out with great substance and are to go to their fathers in peace and be buried in a good, old age, he said.
Blacks have been in America for nearly 460 years, Min. Farrakhan noted.
God is judging the United States for taking Black people from Africa, abusing, depriving and using Blacks to build this country, he said.
“This is not your home, we made it a home. God may give it to you as your home,” said Min Farrakhan. “Blacks built this country. … We built the White House; we built the Congress. We built the mansions in the South the governors liked to live in.”
“Your time to serve America is over,” he said. “Let me say it one more time, your time to serve America God has declared it is over.”
God is turning his hand to destroy America’s wealth just as Allah (God) turned his hand against the wealth of pharaoh, said Min. Farrakhan.
“You need that Jesus that opens the eyes of the blind that makes the dumb speak, the blind see and you pick up the bed and walk,” he said. Blacks need the revolutionary Jesus, who wasn’t White, the Minister said.
God does not want Blacks to integrate but will separate the children of slaves and place them in their own land as the foundation for the new government that will be the kingdom of God, he said. Don’t you want to be part of something that you can leave to your children? he asked.
Blacks cannot rely on a well-meaning president for guidance through these troubled times, while President Obama is well-meaning well but well-meaning and doing well enough for Black people are not the same things, said Min. Farrakhan.
The Minister also warned against the continued drive for U.S. war with Iran in concert with Israel. If the U.S. attacks Iran, a wider war will erupt with China and Russia, ushering in America’s final doom, he said.
God will keep lashing America with greater calamities because a messenger of God is in their midst, Min. Farrakhan warned. Bombing Iran will sentence the American people to the same death the U.S. has dealt to other nations, he added.
Min. Farrakhan also warned Black people. “Your time to serve America is over,” he said. “And if they call you, you don’t have to obey their call.”
