Black scholars, activists challenge motives of U.S. government

DETROITThere is still a battle against drug sales and drug use in America. But the real war is for the countrys drug budgetmoney that nearly every part of the federal bureaucracy receives, say those who want stronger public health policies, social services and economic development to stem the drug crisis.  The nations leading analysts on drug war reform say both President George W. On "Slavery" In The Sudan
by Guest Columnist Cedric Muhammad

Farrakhan and the Jewish Rift;
How it all started

The Reverend Jesse Jackson was actively contemplating a run for the presidency of the United States of America. He traveled throughout the nation and Black Americans greeted him at every stop with the enthusiastic chant, "Run Jesse, Run!" For the first time in American history, the Black community was galvanized behind a favorite son candidate with a real chance to win.
