Video captures canine unit assaults in S.A. police force

JOHANNESBURG�South Africans witnessed for themselves the brutality and outright racism of six white policemen, who set attack dogs on three Black men in a 1998 �training exercise.� The scenes were shown by the South African Broadcasting Corporation  (SABC), the country�s national TV station, the night of Nov. 7.

Back-to-back deaths in arrests outrage Cincinnati

The unexplained death of Roger Owensby while in police custody in early November left the city of Cincinnati stunned. But the death of another Black male 24-hours later, when police shot alleged shoplifter Jeffery Irons, had the Black community demanding a federal probe.

Republicans back Black farmers in tax fight

WASHINGTON�The National Association of Black Farmers and Agriculturists Association (BFAA) recently announced during a teleconference their endorsement of two congressional bills seeking to expedite the processing of payments owed them from a $2 billion class action discrimination lawsuit by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Within the walls of this country there are two Americas, separate and unequal, white and black (including the other non-whites). In order to reconcile these two Americas, the American people must come to terms with the limited vision of the founding fathers. The founding fathers didn�t envision the current population profile, where the number of Black and Hispanic people are growing, threatening the majority states of whites.
