The following are excerpts from "Is It Possible That The Honorable Elijah Muhammad Is Still Physically Alive?"
This is related to this saying of the Jesus in John 14:12 wherein he said: "I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (Italics mine.)
Was he saying that he was less than his followers who would do greater things than he? No! Look in John 13:16, where the Jesus said "I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him."
The fact that Paul reached far more people than Jesus, did not mean that he was greater than his teacher. He worked in the name of his teacher and did greater works than his teacher. Why did working in the name of his teacher (Jesus) enable him to succeed on a greater scale than his teacher in terms of reaching and affecting the masses? His teacher went to the Father (God). What did his going to the Father have to do with the greater success that Peter and then Paul had with the same people? What is there in this term because and the reality to which it pointed that explains the success of Paul? Did his teacher gain added power from God and did he use it on those below? How did he do that from where he was to where Paul was?
According to the writers of the Bible a far greater measure of the spirit of God was sent down through and by Jesus, upon his followers. His spirit was released and sent in greater measure than they had before he departed from among them; after Jesus went to the Father. How come? Jesus was given a far greater measure of his Fathers spirit after he worked and suffered among the people for a set time.
He was given the wisdom and guidance of the next world, in full measure: that which eye had not seen; ear had not heard; nor had it ever entered the mind of anyone to ever conceive of that divine wisdom. Jesus worked the divine will and power that he was given by his Father, through Paul and others from his exalted place, out of the publics eye, at the right hand of the Father, high above the nations of the earth.
When Jesus was physically with his followers, and said what he did, as quoted above in John 14:12, he was speaking from his knowledge of the future.
Again, he stated: "I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father."
This explains why Jesus said, with such certainty, that "He will do greater works than these, because I am going" NOT TO THE GRAVE IN DEATH, BUT ALIVE "to the Father."
All of this was written of us today, as if it already happened about 2,000 years ago. Whether or not it fully took place 2,000 years ago, it yet provided for us a picture of people and the events of our times and what we are all experiencing and living through.
Although the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, one day, urged the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, to be like Paul; not like Peter, he knew that his servant had to go through a stage like that which Peter went through before he would be ready for the enormous task that he would undertake as he has since 1977.
The Honorable Louis Farrakhan was destined to go through the Peter, Paul and then the Jesus stage. He was. He is. He is still becoming what Allah wills for him. He is well on his way to the next and the final stage of his journey. In brief the ultimate goal of this journey that we are all invited to make is oneness with Allah Himself and His Christ.
Now, the following excerpts are from This Is The One, Volume One.
It is never necessary for anyone to be overly repugnant, hostile, offensive, aggressive, or bellicose, in presenting our respective views of the truth. Truth is our collective birth right. It is not the exclusive possession of any one of us. It is the right of the one with whom we are discussing the truth. It is that which was divinely given to us to be shared.
Minister Farrakhan is the best example of which I know, in the way of spreading the message of his teacherthat, admittedly, has great difficulty factors in it; primarily due to our mental and moral condition as he "tirelessly" works night and day, as his mentor did, for the resurrection of his people and for the enlightenment of others. He does what he does out of a big heart of love. Those who seek to sway the publics attention to their view of Islam would do well to study his example.
He exemplifies the principle set down in the 16th section of the 16th Surah of the Holy Quran, verse 125.
"Call to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in the best manner."
The above is from the Muhammad Ali translation. This is how Yusuf Ali translates the same verse.
"Invite (all) to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious ."
To speak and write without having the facts, or without a proper examination of the facts, is to be irresponsible. To speak in public, or to publish material, without respect for the facts; to write or speak carelessly; or with reckless and wanton abandon, about issues that involve the destiny of a whole peoplewho have already suffered unspeakable evils is to reveal that he or she is unworthy of the respect of those who thirst after truth.
To speak or write foolishly about the fate of America, in a manner that tickles the ears of the fickle, is to fail to grasp the magnitude and nature of the times in which we live! It also shows great irresponsibility. To communicate to the public ones distaste of the views, or teachings of another, concerning the best way to solve the serious problems of Black people and this nation, by means of slander; libel; jest and ridicule, is to reveal spiritual, intellectual, and moral bankruptcy, and is to indirectly admit that your position is a complete failure and is deficient of good values.
Black people have had a horrible time, in this land of lies; of slander; of wicked libel of all sorts all of which springs from the worst of motives. We have been the object of mockery; of scorn; of the worst kind of invective and cannibalistic treatment. Why should we continue to pour that same pail of polluted swill on each other? Who benefits?
