In Search of the Messiah
A Journey Into Eternity

The nature of the new Cultural Revolution begins with an idea and a new thought that enters the brain as the conductor of electricity that energizes and amplifies all of our fields of energy with Divine Light as it relates to the development of the inner being, giving form to a new creative expression. Continuing this series on The Cultural Revolution: In Search of The Messiah, I wish to define further the evolutionary meaning of these words.

The Honorable Elijah Muhammad stated that Music, Color and Medicine is the Essence of God�s True Religion. While researching this subject over many years, I traveled to Egypt on my first overseas journey from America within three months of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad�s departure in February of 1975. At that time, a meeting was arranged for me with one of Egypt�s foremost composers and musicians, Ammar Sherie. This was my first acquaintance with Egypt, where I was hosted by an Egyptian family with whom contact has continued. I was accompanied by my two eldest children, my daughter, Madeeah and son, Ishmael.

This meeting led to my second recording of "The Muslim Song and March of Victory," which took place in the Television Studios in Cairo, Egypt.

My initial recording, which is preserved on an RCA 45-speed record, was completed in Mexico City under the musical direction of Jesus Chucho Zarzosa, in 1971. This musical work came by spiritual inspiration of my readings of The Holy Qur�an. The composition is based on the 110th Surah of the Holy Qur�an, entitled, "Al-Nasr: The Help." While settled in the country of Mexico in 1974, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad guided me into valuable insights and instructions regarding Mexico, my children�s training and education, and the Nation�s evolutionary track, including a variety of other subjects that I have shared with the Leadership of The Nation of Islam over the past 25 years.

In January of 1980, at the turn of the 15th century of the Hijrah of the Arab Calendar, ending 1400 years from the time of the Prophet Muhammad�s Flight from the Holy City of Mecca, I met with the late Dr. Rashad Khalifah. He was born and raised in Egypt and was ultimately led in his studies of the Holy Qur�an to the discovery of the number 19 mathematical code with the use of his computer. It was during our meeting when I first learned that my musical compositional work inspired from the 110th Surah, contained the 19 mathematical code in its combination of letters, numbers and words. Historically, it was the whole chapter revealed to the Prophet in the Holy City of Mecca in the course of his Farewell Pilgrimage. As students, being taught by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that Islam is Mathematics, all my fields of studies attest to and prove that the universal Language of Mathematics provides for the measurement of Music (sound), Color, (light) and Medicine which involves the chemistry of the atoms of life our, DNA and the physics of our Universe.

In the early 1980s, I began to organize and produce my first cultural presentations with community outreach, entitled, "Music, Color and Medicine for the Healing of The Nations". This production was viewed by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and the Phoenix circle of Believers which resulted in his statement, "Let the cultural revolution begin and let the city of Phoenix be the one that shows the others the way in the music, drama and dance." Herein lies the spirit of my words that now appear at the top of my column Unveiling the Number 19. Nearly 13 years later, following that presentation in 1984, I returned to Phoenix to perform with one of China�s foremost interpreters of the ancient art of Chinese music, the prestigious performer and teacher, Lily Yuan. Once again, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan was in attendance along with an audience of Believers and members of the Phoenix Asian community.

All of these exciting developments have continued to guide me on the path of my extraordinary journey, Traveling With The Wise Man, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, following the Exodus route, which is leaving behind us the old world of Satan ever evolving and growing into a new Cultural expression of a world of our own based upon Righteous Divine Principles in the Creation of a New Heaven and a New Earth. The Spiritual Guidance coming from the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan is the priceless Divine Catalyst that is bridging the gap in initiating this new change. He was appointed by The Honorable Elijah Muhammad to get us safely across the river, at the junction of the sea of destiny to reach the other side. It is my daily prayer that Allah will continue to strengthen and bless him with a full recovery and a renewal of all of his life forces with complete rejuvenation that is promised to us to experience all in the Life of the Hereafter.
