Thirteen years ago, in the month of August, 1987, I was in Egypt for my 4th journey, since my three previous visits in 1975, 1976 and 1984. This was to be my first journey down the Nile to the ancient sites of the famous Temples of Karnak and Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Aswan, Abydos, Denderah Temple of Hathor, the Island of Philae, the Suez Canal, Abydos Temple and the extraordinary Abu Simble Monuments at the 4th Catarac of the Nile bordering The Sudan and Ethiopia. This journey took us to the ancient land of Nubia, meaning gold, with 154 sojourners who were part of an educational expedition conducted by the renown and prestigious Historian, Teacher and Scholar, Dr. Ben Jochannan.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Ben, to whom I autographed a copy of my Book: "The Comer by Night," which was first published in 1986. He is an extraordinary Teacher from whom I learned much regarding these ancient sites which went beyond a normal Tour Guide experience. We worked through unusual circumstances during this journey which afforded us an exchange of views resulting in an endearing respect for our studies and our points of views.

A few members of the Nation of Islam also joined this extraordinary and stimulating educational journey along the Banks of the Nile in that is remarkable year, 1987, a turning point for "Harmonic Convergence."

When our educational tour ended in the Land of the Pharaohs, and it was time for the group�s departure, I informed my Brothers and Sisters that I was going to remain behind in Cairo as the guest of an Egyptian Family whom I first met in my first visit to Egypt 11 years earlier, in 1975. A few of us decided that we would spend our last day before their departure with a return visit to the Gizeh Plateau for special prayers and meditation. When we arrived, two taxi-cabs full, once exiting our taxis, a deeply bronzed elderly gentleman wearing a white turban wrap on his head and attired in a Galibeya, robe-like style of the Egyptians, approached our car and came forward speaking directly to me with these words: "You came here for something special, didn�t you." We were all a little stunned, however I replied in the positive wondering how he knew, while we awaited his response.

He offered our group arrangements for a special meditation that evening after midnight in which he, as the Custodian of the Keys to the Sphinx and Gizeh Pyramids, opened up the area for us. We returned that evening fulfilling our Night of Meditation on the precincts and monument of the Sphinx ending our Nile Valley Educational Tour. After everyone�s departure, I remained to complete what truly became an expansion of the meaning of "Harmonic Convergence," introducing me to my parallel studies of the Mayan Calendar and 4th Dimensional Time with Jose� Arguelles and his wife, Lloydine.

Running through my mind, at that time, was what took place prior to my last departure from Mexico on my way to Egypt to join Dr. Ben�s Tour. The now deceased Teacher and Maestro of the Essenses Spiritual Practitioners in Mexico, handed me a newsletter announcing the global celebration of what was termed, "Harmonic Convergence." This event was celebrating the Return of Quetzalcoatl, the Folk and Culture Hero of all of Meso-America, who represents a god-like man or Christ Figure, who visited the American Continent several thousands of years ago and taught Humanity in the Arts and Sciences of Civilization.

This highly esteemed Essene Master, Maestro Sergio Gonzales, stated that since I was on my way to Egypt that I might meet with those who would be gathered from around the world to celebrate this transitional prophetic date in the Mayan Calendar�corresponding to Aug. 16 and 17 in the Gregorian Calendar�with ceremony, with Dance and with Prayers and Meditation in union with millions of peoples around the globe, who would be gathering at many other holy places and sites around the world bringing in the spirit of a New Calendar Change.

So precisely at the end of Dr. Jochannan�s Tour to the Ancient Nile Valley, I returned to the communication base of the Great Pyramid, after visiting Alexandria for a few days arranged by my Egyptian host family. I returned from Alexandria to Cairo by train, and I arose early the following morning and made my way to the Great Sphinx area, whom the Egyptians and Arabs refer to as Abu Hol, the Father of Fear or Terror. I was prepared to meet once again with "Champion of the Pyramids" who had arranged for me to be introduced to representatives of the Harmonic Convergence Group who were gathered at the Great Pyramid Site at the Famous Mena House Residence Hotel.

It was here at the foot of the Great Pyramid where I met my first contactee, an Australian woman who later introduced me to the entire group which included one sole Mexican Brother, known as Mazatle, who led the ceremonial dances and prayers around the Pyramid and other activities at the Gizeh Plateau. He is my very dear Friend to this day, along with his entire family, whom I met a few years later at another famous Pyramid Site of Teotihuacan, located 40 miles north of Mexico City. This is one of the most important Centers of Quetzalcoatl�s Spiritual Work and Activity in Meso-America.

To our dear readers, nothing happens by chance; our histories are written in the stars and are transmitted into the writings of the Sacred Scriptures of Time in cycles that endure every 25,000 years, so teaches the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Every word I speak and every journey throughout the world has taken place by God�s Grace to confirm and to establish the Truth of the Divine Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and to support the Work and Mission of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

Each of us has a unique destiny to fulfill as a Soul Traveler in his or her own life-time Journey in that Eternal Search for the Reality of God and of His Truth. One�s Experiences in life are the proof that God Lives inside of each Individual�s heart and soul. All my life has been dedicated to that continuous Search for that Knowledge of Divine which sets the soul on fire in each individual�s quest for true Freedom, Justice and Equality. Such is my Life-Time Journey with the Wise Man, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. It is my time to speak boldly this Truth, as it is The Time of Witnessing for all True Believers!
