"Say: O people, I
am only a plain warner to you. So those who believe and do good,
for them is forgiveness and an honorable sustenance. And those who
strive to oppose Our messages, they are the inmates of the flaming
fire."
--Holy Qur'an Surah 22, Verses 49-51
The first
several weeks of September have proven to be most impacting in the
global perspective of world events. Of all the issues that have
surfaced with the greatest intensity, whether in the field of
religious, political, social, educational, health, ecology and other
scientific arenas of controversy, among all nations and peoples have
been the evils of racism and discrimination and its affects on human
development. Until we can go to the root of understanding this number
one problem that is destroying humanity, we may soon be eradicated as
a species having lost the rights to be counted among the human family
of the planet earth.
The Divine Teachings of the Honorable Elijah
Muhammad go to the root of the problem of racism, which originates in
Satans scheme to use color to divide the human family, one from
another. It has appeared throughout history that only when the white
or lighter colored of a race or people enter into the mix of the
original family that we begin to experience traumatic problems of
racism and discrimination. Racism is a disease and a methodology used
by Satan to accomplish the dominant rule as Gods adversary over the
people. Satan has fostered and cultivated an attitude of racial
superiority while charging others who are the victims with the same.
With the appearance of the Caucasian or White Race out of Europe and
the Caucasus Mountains and their expansion East and West on our
Planet, the testimony of their encounter with the Original people in
all lands is the same, from mischief-making, to wholesale slaughter,
destruction, bloodshed and death, making color the major badge of
superiority by their separatist behavior dividing one group from
another.
Returning to the Biblical story of Genesis, in
helping us to find some of the answers, we discover in the word
Genesis, "gene" in the first part and the name "isis"
or "sis," all beginning in this mystical Garden of Eden.
Throughout all ancient history, it is the woman who knows the secret
of the genealogical tree of the law of inheritance and the genetic
mapping of the line of descent of the seed. This is why the most
ancient of world cultures and civilizations venerate mother. Thus the
rise and development of the matriarchal system was created to keep a
record of the generations of the birthrights of the rulers in the
order of descent.
Could we conceive that Satans approach to the
woman in the Garden of Eden was to subdue her as a vehicle through
whom he could reckon his own line of descent? The last 6,000 years of
world history have witnessed the emergence of the patriarchal system
in the course of world development, while the woman gradually came
under the rule of the male, being subject to her husband. When in the
original Edenic order, she was equal to the man as the second self of
God. According to Genesis, chapter 3, Verse 16, we read: "unto
the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy
conception; in sorrow thou shall bring forth children; and thy desire
shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
Having raised these provocative questions in terms
of male and female relationships and family life in general, let us
turn our attention to some of the key events that have marked the
first several weeks of September, particularly with a focus on the
weekend beginning Sept. 1 (Friday) through a sequence of days ending
on Sept. 12. The first weekend of September we witnessed the 25th
anniversary of the work of Imam W. Deen Mohammed with his community
outreach as American Muslims. Within the precise timing of those days
and that event, we also witnessed one of the largest gatherings of
foreign Muslims under the organization of I.S.N.A., the Islamic
Society of North America, drawing participants numbering from 35,000
to nearly 40,000 people at the Rosemont Convention Center near Chicagos
OHare Airport.
Following a grueling
overseas journey to Africa, within a day of his return, the Honorable
Minister Louis Farrakhan made his appearance and greeted the Imam and
those gathered at the U.I.C Pavilion and addressed an enthusiastic
crowd of well-wishers. Shortly thereafter, during the next several
days of the following week, there were assembled more than 100 heads
of state at the United Nations Millennium Celebration. Once again,
Minister Farrakhan was received by many of these important
dignitaries, including President Khatami of Iran.
We will note that throughout these proceedings that
a call was made from the United Nations by its Secretary General, Kofi
Annan, to the White House to discuss in concert with these world
leaders the number one global problem that is affecting all
relationships worldwidewhich is racial diversity and racism. It is
unfortunate that world leaders reject the study dealing with these
issues that gives us the spiritual answers coming from religious
leaders. In the forefront of this controversy is heard the voice of
Elijah and his Divinely Appointed Representative, Minister Farrakhan,
crying in the wilderness beckoning for a respectful dialogue between
spiritual and world leaders who are suffering for the lack of this
knowledge that has now been revealed.
Biblical Truths and the Qurans Revelation are
being overlooked and viewed as non-productive in giving answers and
solutions to this problem by world leaders, and politicians and civic
leaders because the glaring truth and evidence therein is threatening
to the present world order of chaos and confusion manipulated by Satans
fraudulent scheme.
Returning to the Garden of Eden in the Book of
Genesis, Satans approach to the woman was to initiate the process
of inbreeding into the human family with his own genealogical tree,
producing offspring that would become open disputants to Gods
Divine Law. In every story of the Book of Genesis in relationship to
family and inheritance there surfaces the struggle of the younger, who
forces his rule over the elder through acts of deception or fraud,
lying and stealing until the seed of life is generated through the
priestly line of descent to a certain woman named Mary, who gives
birth to a righteous seed from a righteous branch and said figure
becomes the Messiah that the world has been looking for.
As we near the end of September we will have passed
the date of Sept. 17, the anniversary date that marked 15 years since
Min. Farrakhan first experienced his Vision and contact with the
Honorable Elijah Muhammad on the Great Mothers Wheel. As we
approach the Million Family March on Oct. 16, the Spirit of God is
moving among the people from all nations, religions, creeds, races,
and people to exalt the Name of God, Who in reality is making this
Great Call to the entire Human Family of the Planet Earth to gather on
that day in Washington, D.C., on the Mall. To God be the Praise and
the Glory!
"The kingdom on that day
is Allahs. He will judge between them. So those who believe and do
good will be in Gardens of bliss. And those who disbelieve and reject
Our messages, for them is an abasing chastisement."
