In Search of the Messiah

Upon the completion of an
extraordinary 10-day per
sonal journey to the Holy Land in celebration of Jerusalem 2000 hosted by the leadership of the Hebrew Israelite Community, I experienced a deeply reflective journey of my own which began in 1975. The story of Sleeping Beauty, continues to unfold parallels in describing the beauty of the Princedom of the Kingdom of Yah (God), as expressed in the Hebrew tongue, coming to birth in Israel like the blossoming of a flower in the desert.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan perceived that it was important for me to take this journey to Jerusalem in the company of the Hebrew Israelite nation. During the World Friendship Tour III in 1997, while we were on the outskirts of the Holy City Jerusalem in the Palestinian town of Ramallah, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan recognized in the intensity of my studies and research over the years, and he suggested that one day I should return to Palestine to continue my investigative studies. I had no idea that this reality would come true within three years of his spoken words, or that it would be attendant to an invitation I received from the leadership of the Hebrew Israelites in Dimona.

It was 25 years ago when I first visited Jerusalem accompanied by my two eldest children, Madeeah and Ishmael, which occurred within three months of the departure of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. That year also took us to Cairo, Egypt, to Lebanon at the outbreak of the Civil War, and to Jordan where we made our way to Jericho, crossing over the Allenby Bridge which was heavily patrolled by Israeli military on the way to Jerusalem. In that same year I journeyed to Jedda, Saudi Arabia, with my two children and we performed Umrah (short visit) to the Holy City Mecca and visited the prophet�s tomb in Medinah.

This most recent journey to the Holy Land highlighted a significant turning point in understanding the expansion of our Global Mission as exemplified through the Divine Leadership of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in our nation�s efforts to unite the Human Family of the Planet Earth. I personally felt rejuvenated as one of the carriers of the Divine Work of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad to unite the hearts of the children with their fathers and the fathers� hearts with the children, in yet another stage of our sojourn to the Holy Land. I reflected upon the moves that The Honorable Elijah Muhammad had initiated prior to his departure in 1975 when he traveled across the United States border into the neighboring Country of Mexico with a part of his offspring and settled them in the Sacred Valley of this great American Continent. He left me alone with my children with guidance and instructions much as we read in the history of Abraham in the life of Hagar and her son Ishmael.

From there he turned his face to the East and shared with me his thoughts about a return visit to Egypt, as part of the Holy Land. His Divine Work in the West represents a parallel sign to those in the East that the same Divine Light of Truth that awakened the East through the work of the Prophets for the last 6,000 years was being repeated in the Spiritual Resurrection of our mentally dead people in the West.

We, who are the descendants of slave parents, did not choose to come to America, but were forcibly brought here in chains against our will to fulfill a greater purpose and promise in our prophetic journey and return to Almighty God. This is the truest and highest meaning of the expression of returning to the Holy Land. The Holy Land means to be in the Divine Presence of God in His Divine Unity anywhere and everywhere we go on the Planet Earth and in the exploration of our Universe and environment in space.

During the Theology of Time lecture series given at the newly named, Mosque Maryam, in 1972, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad asked the audience to stand and turn to the East with these words as I paraphrase them here, The disposition of worship will no longer be focused on a Temple in Jerusalem or on any other house of worship that we would go up to worship God. He said that we would spiritually evolve to become the Temple ourselves in which the Spirit of God would dwell. When Jesus was questioned by his disciples concerning the establishment of God�s Kingdom, he answered them in these words, "The Kingdom of God begins in you."

In proportion to the physical allotment of territory promised to the Righteous for their inheritance, a mapping of the entire globe was revealed to the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in which the Righteous servants of the Most High God would be settled and begin the process of a new renewed resurrected birth of a higher Divine knowledge and order wherever we would be found on the planet. We read this in the Holy Qur�an in these words: "And We made the people who were deemed weak to inherit the eastern lands and the western ones which We had blessed. And the good word of thy Lord was fulfilled in the Children of Israel�because of their patience. And We destroyed what Pharaoh and his people had wrought and what they had built." Surah 7 Verse 137

Once Brother Jabril Muhammad was asked by the Honorable. Elijah Muhammad a question concerning how long it would take to move 17,000,000 people outside of America and where would they go. In this extraordinary journey to Israel and Jerusalem, having visited for the first time more of the ancient sites where the majority of the Prophets have lived and worked during this Israelite or Jacobite dispensation, the signs of Jesus and Muhammad, as the seal of the Prophets predominates over the temple mount, site of King Solomon�s temple, and now preserved as the Dome of the Rock. I perceived all at once some of the significance of the Supreme Wisdom Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad given to him by his Master Teacher, Wallace Fard Muhammad, manifesting yet another Resplendent Ray of God�s Divine Light and Truth.

As I opened the Holy Qur�an for Divine Guidance in beginning this series of articles on Jerusalem 2000, I opened to Surah 21 at the very beginning of this chapter entitled, The Prophets, and I was reminded of the beginning and the ending of their mission to the rebellious house of Israel with the words spoken by Jesus concerning Jerusalem. "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them who are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." Matthew Chapter 23, verses 37-39

My visit to the Holy Land highlighted another sequel in the continuation of the story of Sleeping Beauty in the awakening of the Princesses and Daughters of Jerusalem being anointed into the Divine Service of the One God in the building of His Kingdom on Earth. In the celebration of the Marriage Feast of the Lamb described in Revelation chapter 19, the bride maketh herself ready and takes the nuptials (marriage vows) in readiness to be wed to the King. This symbolic language describes God�s Union with His lost people and their inheritance which is now taking place in our nation�s reunion with God in the 21st century.

I never imagined from my 25 years ago visit to Jerusalem that I would one day return to this Holy City via landing in Tel Aviv, the Capital of Israel deplaning at the Ben Gurion Airport, being received with honor as a V.I.P. guest of the Hebrew Israelite nation. I was escorted from the steps of the plane to a private van by a representative of the Israeli diplomatic division or personnel of the airport who escorted me through customs without a hassle and taken to my private transportation vehicle arranged by the host leadership of the Hebrew Israelite community headquarters in Dimona. I knew that once again my husband, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, was indeed guiding my feet upon the path of Divine knowledge, Virtue and Truth, as a daughter of the Most High God.

Dimona was established in 1555 at the precise ending of 400 years from the time that our foreparents were enslaved in America and made the trans-Atlantic journey aboard the first slave ship named Jesus in 1555. Dimona is located in Ber-Sheva in Southern Israel in Judaea which forms part of the continental land mass of northeast Africa.

As I continue my story going up into Jerusalem, I wish to thank the anointed leadership of the Hebrew Israelite nation, Rabbi Ben Ammi, Prince Asiel Ben Israel and all of the Crown Sisters and Brothers inclusive of all the members of the Royal Kingdom of Yah (God) for their wonderful courtesies extended to me and to all of our delegation from the Nation of Islam which included Sister Claudette, who was spiritually renamed by a Muslim Cleric, as Khadijah Marie Muhammad, Sister Alimah Muhammad from Washington, D.C., Sister Gloria Seifullah Muhammad from Chicago and Sister Rosalind D. Muhammad, foreign correspondent for The Final Call newspaper in Paris who was accompanied by her husband, Brother Karriem Diallo Muhammad.

"And We will set up a just balance on the day of Resurrection, so no soul will be wronged in the least. And if there be the weight of a grain of mustard seed, We will bring it. And Sufficient are We to take account. And certainly We gave Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for those who keep from evil, Who fear their Lord in secret and they are fearful of the Hour. And this is a blessed Reminder, which We have revealed. Will you then deny it?" Surah 21 verses 47-50
