DURBAN, S.A.(FinalCall.com)--The Honorable Minister Louis
Farrakhan and a delegation of Black Americans that includes
Christian clergy and journalists arrived in Durban, South
Africa, today to attend the first meeting of the newly formed
African Union.
Minister Farrakhan extended his best wishes to the organizers
and sponsors of the historic event and expressed his hopes
for the success of the conference.
"Africans in the Diaspora, especially Black Americans, should be
considered major stake holders in this effort," Min. Farrakhan
said. "Black leaders, in particular, should pay close attention
to these events and offer whatever support and assistance
possible."
The Minister will hold a press conference while in Durban to
express in greater detail his views regarding the formation of
the African Union.
