In light of the San Jose Mercury News' recent expose of the
involvement of the
United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Drug Enforcement Agency
(DEA),
in the devestating influx of crack cocaine into Black communities and the
lack
of "mainstream" media attention to this story, we found it vitally
important
to expose our readers to this most serious issue.
