According to many informative articles and news sources I have recently read concerning the Emancipation Proclamation signed into law by President Abraham Lincoln on January 1, 1863, there was an intervening period of two years, six months and 19 days that expired before the southern slaves were made aware that such a Proclamation existed. It was read publicly from the town of Galvestan, Texas, on June 19th, 1865. The Civil War had ended but most of our ex-slave population were still dependent upon the slavemasters and their children with a slave-like mentality lacking the ability to do for self.

When these numbers are added up, that is the two years (24 months), added to 6 more months, we come to 30 months. When this number is prefixed by the remaining number 19 days, we get the most significant date of 1930. This was the decisive year when the mysterious man named Master Fard Muhammad made Himself known in America publicly for the first time. His true identity was kept as a secret for He came under a disguise until the Mantle of His Mission was place upon the Honorable Elijah Muhammad who recognized who the Master was within the Divine Order of Prophecy and the Divine Scriptures, as the one the world had been awaiting for 2000 years. We will note that the resolution of these numbers in the date 1930, comes to Thirteen. We also note that this Great Master, W. Fard Muhammad, made his first public Appearance on July The Fourth in that same year on the date that America was celebrating her independence day.

The number of letters in the spelling of July The Fourth is also equal to thirteen. In studying the symbols on the Great Seal of the United States Government, we find this number thirteen and other relative numbers concealed even in the paper currency that we call money. The Great Seal accompanied with other Masonic symbols appears in the Federal Reserve Notes. This did not happen by the mere whim of a good designer, but it was methodically thought out with a comprehensive plan that will ultimately lead to our complete Freedom, Justice and Equality. This process will involve the backing of the U.S. government in granting true reparations for the ex-slaves of America. Only a Divine Solution will make us successful as a people today as it was in the time of Moses before Pharaoh, pleading for the release and delivery of his People, Israel.

"The Woman With The Five Dollar Bill" has inspired me to investigate more deeply the meaning of the use of money in a comprehensive plan that will aid us in establishing an economic base for self help programs in the development of our community. The blueprint has already been given to us through the Divine teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and in the example that we have before us in the Divine work of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. As we continue this series, we will begin to decode the significance of money and wealth and its application to spiritual principles that will be maintained and managed for the benefit of our communities across this country and throughout the world. From the Nation of Islam�s Supreme Wisdom Teachings rooted in the study of the Problem No. 13, the keys and the formula for success has been given to us by the Master; but we have yet to apply its principle for all of our nearly 44,000,000 population in America to be successful. At the end of this ongoing series, I hope to engage an Open Dialogue Discussion that will lead us to a better understanding of our future roles in the development of the American Society and government.
